ZOOM CLASSES

  • Through verbal cues, the instructor will offer variations to allow for different levels of mobility. The instructor can also see you and make sure you stay safe.
  • Sophie's online Chair Yoga classes are 75 minutes long. We do a warm up, 45 minutes of asanas, 15 minutes of balancing, guided relaxation and breathing exercises.
  • Every class is different but we always focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance and peace of mind.
